Terms of Service
Effective: June 2026 · Governing law: Ontario, Canada.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or subscribing to the free mini-course, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 16 years or older and a resident of Canada to enroll in a paid diploma program. Free resources are available globally.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Tuition & payment
Tuition prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access to a program is granted on successful payment confirmation.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Conduct
You will not redistribute paid course materials, attempt to compromise the platform, harass instructors or fellow students, or submit AI-generated work as your own for capstone assessment.
7. Intellectual property
Course content, brand assets, and the platform are © Altaris AI Academy. You retain ownership of your capstone projects and submissions; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use anonymized excerpts in marketing only with explicit opt-in.
8. AI Career Coach
The Coach is an AI-powered assistant. Its responses are guidance, not financial, legal, or career counsel. Do not share confidential information with it.
9. Diplomas & verification
Diplomas are awarded on completion of a program and a passing assessment. We reserve the right to revoke diplomas obtained through academic misconduct.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@altarisai.ca.
11. Disclaimers
Programs are provided "as is" without warranty of specific career or income outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the tuition you paid in the prior 12 months.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
