Student Agreement
By enrolling in any Altaris AI Academy diploma program, you accept the standards below.
1. Academic integrity
All capstone work, written submissions, and assessments must be substantially your own. Use of generative AI to draft, code, or write submissions must be disclosed and properly cited. Submitting undisclosed AI-generated work as original is grounds for diploma revocation.
2. Attendance & participation
Programs are cohort-based. You are expected to attend weekly live sessions or watch the recording within 7 days, and to engage with cohort discussion at least weekly.
3. Pace & extensions
Standard duration is 6 months. One 30-day extension is granted on request, free of charge. Subsequent extensions are subject to a small administrative fee.
4. Assessment standards
A passing grade requires (a) submission of every required lesson exercise, (b) successful defence of the capstone project, and (c) an aggregate score of 70% or higher across module assessments.
5. Diploma issuance
On meeting the assessment standard, a verifiable diploma with a unique certificate number is issued within 5 business days. The diploma may be revoked if academic misconduct is later discovered.
6. Cohort conduct
Treat fellow students and instructors with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or doxxing in cohort channels results in immediate suspension and may result in tuition forfeit.
7. Career services
Career services (portfolio review, interview prep, employer introductions) are an included benefit, not a guarantee of employment. We make no promises about specific job placement, salary, or interview outcomes.
8. Confidentiality
Material shared by guest speakers or fellow students in cohort sessions may be confidential. Do not record or redistribute without explicit permission.
9. Acceptance
Clicking "Enroll" and completing tuition payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
