Refund Policy
Effective: June 2026.
How to request a refund
Open your student dashboard, locate the program, and click Request refund. You will be asked for a short reason (a single sentence is fine). The button only appears within the 30-day window.
Processing time
Refunds are reviewed by our team within 3 business days of submission. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens to your enrollment
On approval, your enrollment status is set to withdrawn, access to course materials is revoked, and any diploma issuance is cancelled. Referral credit earned through your account is unaffected.
After the 30-day window
Outside the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion and are typically granted only for documented medical or compassionate reasons.
Mini-course & free resources
The free 7-day mini-course and other free resources have no payment associated and therefore no refund applies.
