Common questions

Do I need a degree to enroll?
No. Our diplomas are open-enrollment. Most learners have a bachelor's in an unrelated field, but roughly 20% do not — we care about the capstone, not the credential you arrive with.
What if I fall behind?
There is no falling behind. Lifetime access means you keep going at your pace. If your success manager sees you stall for two weeks, they'll reach out to reset your plan — not push you out.
Is tuition refundable?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. If Altaris isn't for you, email hello@altarisai.ca and we refund tuition in full.
Do you offer payment plans?
Pay in 4 interest-free installments at checkout. Employer sponsorship is also available on request — most employer partners reimburse tuition on completion.
Are diplomas recognized in Canada?
Altaris diplomas are recognized by our 180+ Canadian employer partners spanning banks, hospitals, agtech, and the federal public service. They are not a substitute for a regulated professional designation (e.g. P.Eng.).
